A phased refurbishment, in occupation, included multiple consulting rooms, a new surgical treatment suite (and a new AHU in the loft space), an upgrade of the dispensary, and external fabric repairs. The refurbishment scope included all new finishes, new LED lighting, new WHB on IPS, and new cabinetry.
