Tim has over 34 years’ experience as a Cost Consultant, delivery, locally, nationally, and internationally, predominately in the Healthcare sector.
Tim adds real value at inception when considering a scheme at a high level. His experience enables him to draw from multiple past experiences on risks, discovering unknowns, procurement issues, etc.
Tim will drive the ability to make the project happen regardless of size or value along with taking overall responsibility for managing MESH. Repeat clients of many years include Nuffield Health, HCA, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital and The London Clinic.
With 15 years’ experience, William has undertaken Cost Management, Project Management and Contract Administration services across a variety of sectors but predominantly focused on Health and Leisure developments.
William brings a hands-on approach to the delivery of projects.
He looks to embed himself within organisations to help interrogate clients’ requirements and design proposals, to ensure the best possible project outcome for his clients.
Martyn’s experience began working within the private Healthcare sector. Over the last 10 years Martyn’s sector specialisms have grown and he now lead’s MESH’s delivery of Commercial fit-out projects and Primary Care schemes.
Martyn is the account manager for high profile clients and projects, ranging from new builds to in-situ refurbishments, such as Vodafone, Team GB, SAP, PHP, and Assura, which has allowed him to build a capable team delivering multiple projects at any one time.
Zoë’s experience began with working on private Healthcare schemes for which she has been delivering for over nine years for clients such as The London Clinic. As a Healthcare sector lead, she has helped MESH grow the public Healthcare sector over recent years, delivering both new builds and refurbishments for various NHS Trusts including Camden and Islington, Buckinghamshire, Royal Brompton, and Harefield.
Zoë also has a wealth of experience in the Education & Science and Commercial fit-out sectors, leading on projects such as 16 school expansion feasibility studies for Herefordshire Council, and a high-end office fit-out for The Crown Estate at 36 St James’s Street.
Peter is an experienced Cost Consultant who brings a high level of energy and diligence to the projects he is involved with. His market sector strength is primarily in Healthcare, working on a wide variety of different public and private sector projects, including fit-out and new build.
Peter has a proven track record in delivering robust cost advice to his clients on a range of complex healthcare schemes for clients such as HCA, Nuffield, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and Assura PLC.
Since joining MESH, Joe has built on his previous experience across Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, Leisure and Science sectors, delivering a range of successful projects including new builds, challenging refurbishments and fit-outs.
Joe has developed a broad range of skills to service clients through all aspects of the construction process and enjoys the complexities the industry provides. Joe has worked with clients such as Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, Vodafone, King Edward VII Hospital, Nuffield Health and Diamond Light Source.
A multi-disciplined consultant, Chris has delivered Project Management and Cost Management services to a number of clients over his career.
Chris has become an Education sector specialist and has delivered projects in multiple sectors such as Commercial fit-out, Healthcare and Residential. He is now working with clients such as Howard De Walden Estates and King Edward VII Hospital.
With over 10 years of experience within marketing. Melis is responsible for the running of all marketing functions across the business both internally and externally. This includes leading the company rebrand and driving growth of the sectors and, heading up Social Value initiatives –ensuring MESH are at the forefront of sustainability and innovation.
Rachel has over 15 years’ experience and has always enjoyed working with small friendly companies. She has a background in customer service and human resources, and this lends itself to her Office Manager role within MESH.
Rachel continues to grow her role and is always happy to help and enjoys interacting with clients. Making sure staff and clients are happy and ensuring efficiency are the main focuses of her role.
With experience primarily in Leisure and Residential, since joining MESH, Sean has been building on expertise in the Healthcare sector and is on the road to becoming a multi-disciplined industry cost consultant on new builds and refurbishment schemes.
Sean has developed a wide range of skills to facilitate all the needs of a client from start to finish on a project. Sean brings a positive attitude to all projects with the aim of providing clear and informed cost services.
Sophie has joined MESH as a Senior Cost Consultant.
Sophie has over eight years’ experience in private and public sectors in the UK and US, working across healthcare, education, commercial, and residential sectors.
Kathryn joins MESH from G&T with over seven years’ experience working across various sectors, including education, healthcare, leisure, commercial fit-out, high-end residential and hotel projects.
Kathryn enjoys working on projects which support social value and have a positive effect on completion.
Matt has orked on a diverse range of projects and sectors, including out-of-the-ground buildings for the King’s Cross Masterplan, Europe’s largest urban regeneration project, the refurbishment of Bloomberg’s New York HQ, and unique projects like Jungle Island, an eco-adventure park in Miami.
Matthew has over 10 years of experience as a Cost Manager and will be supporting the team with the continued growth of our Commercial sector.
Justin has over ten years’ experience as a Cost Consultant in Hong Kong. He has worked on various projects across the private and public sectors, including residential, commercial and hotel.
Chris has over 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying. He is a Chartered Surveyor in Hong Kong (MHKIS) and is working towards his RICS accreditation.
Chris has experience working for a civil consultancy firm, where he participated in various public projects. He has also worked for a building construction company, where he was stationed on-stie for several residential projects, from inception to completion.
Joe has over ten years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, working on projects across various sectors ranging from high-end residential and office fit-outs to public sector schemes.
Alex assists the project leads on a variety of different projects, ranging from refurbishments to new builds, across the Healthcare and Commercial sectors. Projects so far have included Vodafone HQ, Assura Medical Centres, Great Ormond Street Hospital and King Edward VII Hospital.
Elizabeth has joined MESH as an Assistant Cost Consultant and is working towards her RICS Chartership. Since graduating, Elizabeth has worked on a wide range of projects, varying in both complexity and size within the public, Health, and Education sectors.
William has joined MESH as an Assistant Cost Consultant.
He has created a strong foundation in the principles and practices of Quantity Surveying through his studies. He will be working across all sectors and supporting our project leads.
Oliver has been involved on projects during the pre-tender phase. He has assisted on projects in a variety of sectors, such as Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Retail.
Oliver supports the project leads on projects for Third Space, Vodafone, and St Augustine’s Priory.
Davina is a Trainee Cost Consultant completing a degree apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying. She is currently learning how to use CAD Measure whilst assisting with cost reports and contract sum analysis.
Before joining PlanBEE, Joseph played football for Southend United and Witham Town. After suffering an injury and spending some time coaching, he decided to transition into the built environment.
Initially interested in a career in Project Management, Joseph chose the PlanBEE programme because it allows him to explore various disciplines within the construction industry before deciding on his preferred path.
