Tim has over 35 years’ experience as a Cost Consultant, delivery, locally, nationally, and internationally, predominately in the Healthcare sector.
Tim adds real value at inception when considering a scheme at a high level. His experience enables him to draw from multiple past experiences on risks, discovering unknowns, procurement issues, etc.
Tim will drive the ability to make the project happen regardless of size or value along with taking overall responsibility for managing MESH. Repeat clients of many years include Nuffield Health, HCA, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital and The London Clinic.
With 15 years’ experience, William has undertaken Cost Management, Project Management and Contract Administration services across a variety of sectors but predominantly focused on Health and Leisure developments.
William brings a hands-on approach to the delivery of projects.
He looks to embed himself within organisations to help interrogate clients’ requirements and design proposals, to ensure the best possible project outcome for his clients.
Martyn’s lead’s MESH’s delivery of Commercial projects, ranging from tenants fit-out to large scale cut and carve schemes for end users and for landlords. In addition to office schemes, Martyn also leads on Primary Care schemes and Data Centres. Both of which include new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs.
Martyn is the account manager for high profile clients and projects, supported by a capable team allowing the delivery of multiple projects at any one time.
Zoë’s experience began with working on private Healthcare schemes for which she has been delivering for over nine years for clients such as The London Clinic. As a Healthcare sector lead, she has helped MESH grow the public Healthcare sector over recent years, delivering both new builds and refurbishments for various NHS Trusts including Camden and Islington, Buckinghamshire, Royal Brompton, and Harefield.
Zoë also has a wealth of experience in the Education & Science and Commercial fit-out sectors, leading on projects such as 16 school expansion feasibility studies for Herefordshire Council, and a high-end office fit-out for The Crown Estate at 36 St James’s Street.
Peter is an experienced Cost Consultant who brings a high level of energy and diligence to the projects he is involved with. His market sector strength is primarily in Healthcare, working on a wide variety of different public and private sector projects, including fit-out and new build.
Peter has a proven track record in delivering robust cost advice to his clients on a range of complex healthcare schemes for clients such as HCA, Nuffield, Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and Assura PLC.

Chris works across a number of sectors; including Commercial fit-out, Healthcare and Data Centres, with specialisms in Education and Heritage/Conservation works.
Annie brings to MESH experience from both Contractor and Consultancy backgrounds working mainly in the Healthcare, Education, and Leisure sectors.
With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Annie has a proven track record within the public sector and building key relationships with clients. Specialising in Cost Management, Procurement, Commercial Management and Cost Planning.
With over 12 years of experience in the marketing industry, Melis is responsible for overseeing marketing functions across MESH, both internally and externally.
Her expertise spans lead generation, brand management, content strategy, and digital marketing, all with the goal of positioning MESH as the leading Cost Consultancy.
Melis is dedicated to driving impactful marketing initiatives that not only enhance brand visibility but also align with MESH’s commitment to sustainable practices and cutting-edge solutions.
Rachel has over 15 years’ experience and has always enjoyed working with small friendly companies. She has a background in customer service and human resources, and this lends itself to her Office Manager role within MESH.
Rachel continues to grow her role and is always happy to help and enjoys interacting with clients. Making sure staff and clients are happy and ensuring efficiency are the main focuses of her role.
Jack is an accomplished marketing and bid professional with over seven years of experience. At MESH, he has supported the company’s marketing strategy, helped refine their approach to design to stand out in a competitive industry, and organised important events to enhance MESH’s brand visibility and reputation.
He works closely with sector leads to manage bid responses, ensuring submissions are strategically crafted to align with client requirements and highlight MESH’s unique capabilities.
Jack is also a member of MESH’s CSR committee and a certified Mental Health First Aider, helping to manage the company’s social value and sustainable ambitions.
With experience in Healthcare, Commercial, Residential and Leisure, Sean has developed a comprehensive expertise on multiple sectors within the industry on new builds, fitouts and refurbishments.
Sean has developed a wide range of skills to facilitate all the needs of a client from start to finish on a project. Sean brings a positive and collaborative attitude to all projects with the aim of providing clear and informed cost services.
Sophie has over eight years’ experience in private and public sectors in the UK and US, working across healthcare, education, commercial, and residential sectors.
Kathryn joins MESH from G&T with over seven years’ experience working across various sectors, including education, healthcare, leisure, commercial fit-out, high-end residential and hotel projects.
Kathryn enjoys working on projects which support social value and have a positive effect on completion.
Matt has worked on a diverse range of projects and sectors, including out-of-the-ground buildings for the King’s Cross Masterplan, Europe’s largest urban regeneration project, the refurbishment of Bloomberg’s New York HQ, and unique projects like Jungle Island, an eco-adventure park in Miami.
Matthew has over 10 years of experience as a Cost Manager and will be supporting the team with the continued growth of our Commercial sector.
Joe is a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with over 11 years of experience in construction and has established himself as a reputable professional in the industry. He has worked on a diverse range of projects, including commercial fit-outs, high-end residential, and public sector projects, collaborating closely with professional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure all financial aspects align with project objectives.
Justin has over ten years’ experience as a Cost Consultant in Hong Kong and two years’ experience in UK and is now working towards his RICS accreditation.
Justin has worked on various projects across the private and public sectors, including Residential, Commercial and Hotel in Hong Kong. Over the last two years, Justin has used his experience to assist on various projects for SAAB, Paramount, Vodafone, etc.
Phil has over five years’ experience as a Cost Consultant, working predominantly in the Healthcare sector.
During his time at MESH, Phil has also successfully delivered private Residential and Commercial projects, and most recently has provided support for major Healthcare projects across the UK.
Chris has over 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying. He is a Chartered Surveyor in Hong Kong (MHKIS) and is working towards his RICS accreditation.
Chris has experience working for a civil consultancy firm, where he participated in various public projects. He has also worked for a building construction company, where he was stationed on-stie for several residential projects, from inception to completion.
Alex has three years’ experience working on projects in both the Leisure and Healthcare sector. He has developed a wide range of knowledge in delivering high-end health clubs and spas.
Alex has recently delivered a number of luxury health club schemes for Third Space, which have included full fit-outs with swimming pools and spas.
Elizabeth has joined MESH as an Assistant Cost Consultant and is working towards her RICS Chartership. Since graduating, Elizabeth has worked on a wide range of projects, varying in both complexity and size within the public, Health, and Education sectors.
As an Assistant Cost Consultant at MESH, Will is involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to post-completion. His responsibilities include site inspections, valuations, contract administration, and cost reporting.
Will has honed on analytical skills while working on a variety of projects, including the Electric Theatre Collective office, NEXT15 fifth floor renovation, and Sherwood House medical practice. With a focus on commercial office and residential projects.
Will enjoys the collaborative nature of the role and the opportunity to contribute to successful project delivery.
Dan has 4 years experience as a cost consultant working on various projects within the commercial and healthcare sectors.
Over the last 4 years Dan has gained experience on pre and post construction and has been involved in schemes for Primary Health Properties, Haven Health, Vodafone, and Harrow School.
Oliver is an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with over five years in the industry.
His involvement extends across multiple sectors, mainly specialising in Healthcare projects. Having a strong background in both pre and post-contract phases of projects, Oliver is now leading projects and advising clients on key project events.
Oliver has delivered on projects for InHealth, RBHT, The London Clinic and The Crown Estate. Additionally, Oliver is adept at conducting site condition surveys across the UK for our longstanding client, Vodafone.
A notable achievement in Oliver’s career was being shortlisted for the Apprentice of the Year category at the 2023 RICS Awards.
Having completed his degree in Quantity Surveying at UCEM, Oliver is now focused on achieving his RICS APC qualification to further advance his professional journey.
For the past four years, Davina has been building her expertise as a cost consultant, working on a wide range of projects across sectors like Healthcare and Leisure. She is currently working towards her RICS Chartership, all while supporting project leads on projects for Great Ormond Street Hospital, Third Space, and HCA Healthcare.
Catriona joined MESH in 2024, having worked in the construction industry for three years.
Catriona’s proactive approach and commitment to learning have enabled her to gain valuable experience in the Quantity Surveying field. Her expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including Aviation, Government, Infrastructure, Health, Retail, Residential, Commercial/fit-out, and significantly to the Defence Industry, expanding her knowledge and skills in the process.
Ben is completing a year placement at MESH whilst studying Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of the West of England.
