- Produce, manage and track invoices.
- Provide support on both client facing and team social events, working alongside Marketing.
- Manage annual leave requests.
- Supporting Marketing on producing and collating information for bids and proposals.
- Supporting Marketing with internal and external communications (such as the quarterly E-Newsletter).
- Support Marketing with the growth and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Supporting and leading on the people side of the business, including but not limited to organising PDRs, engagement surveys, recruitment and CPD sessions.
- Supporting accreditations such as ISO.
- Manage expenses through POP (expense app).
- Purchase order and remittance tracking.
- Working closely with the management team to ensure transparency throughout the business.
- General administration support.
Requirements
- Competent user of MS software suite of programmes.
- Experience with CMS and CRM systems.
