Conversion of a former retail store into an outpatient eye facility in Newcastle to support the city’s increase in population. We used our national framework of contractors to introduce a turnkey design and build provider who completed the facility from design to the first patient in under five months.
Following the success of this, we are now exploring a similar opportunity in Kent.
