This project delivered a Category B (CAT B) office fit-out to an iconic Marylebone building, creating a Grade A – standard workspace for HCA Healthcare, the US’s largest healthcare provider.
Building on the landlord’s Category A (CAT A) works – some of which were handed over directly by HdWE. The fit-out transformed the base build into a fully operational, branded office. Works include internal partitions, meeting rooms, reception, breakout spaces, high-quality finishes, bespoke joinery, and integrated technology, all designed to meet Grade A standards for comfort, sustainability, and aesthetics.
