This project saw a complete strip out of the existing space, with a new high-end boutique Cat A and B office fit-out including on-floor WCs and tea points. There were structural works to the 6th floor to provide a more ‘open place’ space, along with a new outdoor terrace. The reception was refurbished to help strategically re-position 36 St James’s Street within the letting market.
