A CAT B office fit-out was delivered on floor 19, along with a combined CAT A and CAT B fit-out on floor 20 of The Scalpel. The design creates a flexible and secure workspace that promotes collaboration while offering people greater choice and control over how they work, all within a sustainable environment.
