The project centred on the alteration and refurbishment of an existing retail unit, which included complete demolition and strip out works. The exterior was repainted, and the internal walls were decorated to suit the new tenant.  A highlight was the terrazzo flooring installation, which required a specialist sub-contractor for the brass strips and routing to create an iconic ‘running track’ like floor feature, which guides customers around the lower level of the store.
