Haberdasher’s Girls’ School is a leading independent private school for girls aged 4-18. We are supported them with Cost Consultancy services for the refurbishment of their Block B.

The project involved:
• Internal reconfiguration to widen corridors and improve circulation spaces.
• Creation of direct access to the courtyard.
• New façade and windows, including alterations to structural openings of existing ribbon windows.
• New roof covering and insulation.
• New mechanical ventilation to reduce overheating in the summer.
• New finishes and fittings, including new teaching walls.
• Photovoltaic panels on the roof.
