A huge congratulations to Senior Cost Consultant, Joseph Stapleton, who started the year as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
JOSEPH’S JOURNEY…
After graduating, Joseph began working for a Main Contractor, assisting with Quantity Surveying duties. Realising he could pursue Quantity Surveying as a career path, whilst still utilising the financial aspects of his degree, he went on to complete a master’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
Joseph then subsequently spent two years running his own projects on various new build and refurbishment retail schemes as a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor, before moving to another main contractor for greater experience and exposure.
In 2020, Joseph successfully handed over and completed a £9 million private school project before joining MESH as a Senior Cost Consultant in 2021.

Our in-depth programme provides fellow APC candidates with a good structure and helps manage workloads effectively.
Through being chartered, I can now support others with their APC journey.”
