In the past year, we have been fortunate to welcome Cost Consultants Justin Law, Michael Tsang, and Chris Wong to our team. With over a decade of experience as Quantity Surveyors in Hong Kong, each of them brings a unique perspective to our team.
Recently, the three of them delivered a CPD session on the differences between Quantity Surveying in the UK and Hong Kong. During the session, Justin and Michael delved into great detail, discussing the differences between knowledge management, working habits, Assessment of Professional Competence and cost planning.
In addition, Chris drew upon his experience in both Civil Consultancy and Building Construction to shed light on the construction of large residential projects in Hong Kong, as well as various methods of formwork and scaffolding used in superstructure projects.
The session was extremely informative and really highlighted the diverse range of experiences and expertise we have within our team here at MESH.
