We recently completed works on the Rothamsted Research Campus, Harpenden. The Russell Building, the spiritual home of UK agricultural science, underwent a major transformation to become a hub for new agri-tech businesses. The works involved the creation of 22 new open-plan offices, as well as a collaborative hub to encourage innovation amongst tenants and hot-deskers. We were appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agents for the works.
