Following Paramount’s relocation, refurbishment works were undertaken to transform the new office into a dynamic workspace. The design introduced open areas and collaborative zones, incorporating brand imagery to reinforce the company’s identity and culture. One of the key challenges of this project was adapting to Spain’s distinct working culture and legislative requirements. To address this, multiple workshops were held prior to construction to reduce the need for changes during the build phase.

Added Value: Alongside creating open spaces to help support collaborative working, a key feature of this project was reutilising existing furniture to enhance the sustainability of the project.
