We provided Quantity Surveying services to The Crown Estate for the refurbishment of 2 Swallow Place, located just a minute from Oxford Circus. The project focused on revitalising the office spaces, using a cosy colour palette to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Alongside the office upgrades, we also refurbished the entrance lobby and common areas, bringing a cohesive and welcoming feel throughout the building.

Added Value: In alignment with the client’s sustainability objectives, furniture from other properties within the portfolio was repurposed as part of the fitout, reducing waste and making the most of available resources.
